Refund policy

We want to make your experience smooth and worry-free, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Try Before Accepting

Customers are welcome to try their items upon delivery while the courier waits in case they would like an instant return. In this case, only the shipping fees must be paid.

You may also open and inspect your package upon delivery while the courier is present to ensure everything meets your expectations.

For standard returns after delivery, a return shipping fee of 85–100 EGP must be paid to the courier upon collection of the package from your doorstep.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2–4 business days using the original payment method.

If the return or exchange takes place at our showroom, the refund will be processed instantly and free of charge.

Damages and Issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at the time of delivery and place a separate order for the new item.
